Free Ocular Prosthetics Program

Registration is now open for free ocular prosthetics for active-duty service members and veterans.

Places are limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible. You can submit your application using the form via the link.

IMPORTANT: Having a cosmetic eye prosthesis already, or having participated in previous programs, does not prevent you from applying.

The prosthetic fitting process takes place in Kyiv, and participants should be prepared to visit the city several times for fittings. All applications are reviewed in the order they are received. We will contact applicants within 1–2 months.

The program is open to current and former military personnel who have proof of military service, such as a combatant status certificate (UВD) or a military ID.
