You can submit your application using the form via the link. \n\n<strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Having a cosmetic eye prosthesis already, or having participated in previous programs, does not prevent you from applying.\n\nThe prosthetic fitting process <strong>takes place in Kyiv, <\/strong>and participants should be prepared to visit the city several times for fittings. All applications are reviewed in the order they are received.
